Bought a bouquet for £30 and added an extra £6 to boost the bouquet from 22 stems to 29. However when delivered there was only 22 stems. A simple mistake....no, I naturaly emailed customer service and was then asked to take digital images of the bouquet. A little startled by this prove it attitude I sent the images. I was then sent an email with a "goodwill" offer of 10% discount code to use the next time I buy a bouquet!! 10% of a £30 bouquet = £3, they wouldnt even refund the £6. Stay well away.....
