Staff were friendly and helpful on phone and in person. My Alfa had a major problem which they fixed the same day and loaned me a car (for free). Owner Deeno worked for an Alfa Romeo main dealer for 12 years and knows what he's talking about. he was able to give me the moron's guide to what was wrong and then more than happy to give the petrolhead version to my dad. Faultless.
