Pathetic Uninterested service Avoid

Patheic service - my car went in for a service at the start of May - they still have not given it back it's now September - 50 phone calls - 20 e-mails _ i eventually got an e-mail from Andy "I can't be bothered to call you" Chaplin who apparently runs service - who I wouldn't trust to stir his own cup of tea with the bill - incorrect and no time sheet so I ask again - after a week of poking I get a new bill with a time sheet with a number of items that were not approved or requested - I question it and wether the list of actions I requested took place- I am still awaiting a reponse over a month later _ I also forwarded it that day to Andy Harrison-Smith who has also yet to respond - Court Action Follows next week- Pathetic uninterested service AVIOD They still have my car and do not respond to calls to e-mail
