Useless firm. Just send automated emails and no contact phone number. Flowers ordered for my daughter in law following major operation never arrived. DONT USE THIS FIRM!!

The Valentines roses were ordered well in advance to be delivered on 16th Feb as we were away till the 15th. They were left on doorstep on 12th Feb. A neighbour kindly took them in for us - but they were dead as a dodo by the 16th. Total waste of money. Nonetheless we're still in love. It's taken till now to find the time or place to leave this review of a useless company.

They market some of their bouquets at £39.99 and offer what appears to be a good discount. What you get is a cheap £5 bunch of flowers. This company is totally disreputable, please don't be conned into buying from them.

I ordered a big beautiful bouquet of flowers from this company, for a work colleague, which she never recieved, I had to ask if she had recieved a bouquet of flowers from a company called delightful bouquets she replied no, no note to say where they was nothing.? Contacted the company on several occasions which, first reply was to tell me that the flowers had been delivered, contacted three tines after that no reply, then to be told they are not responsible:- reply back from company... (We cannot accept responsibilty if delivery was not made on time due to adverse weather conditions, incorrectly addressed items , or for any other reason beyond our control such as road closures, if delivery was attempted but no-one was available or a safe place to leave them, While you were out’ card was left. and where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, and other business locations. We hope this information is useful to you - if you still need help, simply reply to this email with your order number and we’ll get right back to you. Kind Regards Debbie Customer Services Delightful Bouquets. Total discusted with service they take your money and don't send out items you paid for... Save your money and go to a florist...
