dreadful service
They are very computerise even down to the level that once you've booked your taxi - when you ring to see where it is - they know it's you BUT can't tell you how late the driver will be. What is the point of booking a taxi 2 hours before you need it to get to railway station only for it to be late and their high tech system cannot tell you how long he will be. Never again. Will stick with Liverpool taxi companies

Late
My advice for early morning travellers to the airport is to use another firm, this one turns up 20 minutes after the requested time, the driver told me the job wasnt given to him until 5 minutes after it was due to arrive.

Not Reliable
Yeah, don't bother! Delta have let me down several times in the past, once leaving me stranded in the dark in town for an hour or more. I refuse to use them under any circumstances now. And MESSAGE FOR DELTA TAXIS LIVERPOOL: Please stop putting postcards advertising how great you are through our door because you're S**T!

Don't bother
On 2 occasions during the year, I've tried booking a taxi with them. They never turned up (or at least, I got fed up of waiting - I consider 15 minutes to be the maximum I'll wait for a booked taxi!) My friend actually bothered waiting and when they arrived nearly half an hour later, she bollocked the driver, who only tried to blame her by feigning ignorance about where exactly he was supposed to turn up! Needless to say, I would never even bother trying them out again.
