To be avoided at all costs...

Probably the most appalling dental 'service' (sic) I have ever encountered. A simple consultation was an exercise in insidious robbery. Although the consultation itself went well, and the dentist seemed knowledgeable, the commercial aspect of this 'business' is despicable. I was charged for X-rays but was NOT made aware of this before/ during the consultation. The so-called X-ray was extremely poor quality - the last time I saw an X-ray machine so bad was during my travels through the DR Congo. To make matters worse, I was supposed to have been sent a detailed treatment plan which, three months, two phone calls, four text messages, a further two phone calls to confirm my email, STILL has not arrived. It felt a bit like arriving at a £185-a-night hotel that is inefficient, ineffective, and run by people with no interest in hospitality. I think you get the idea...
