Absolutely disgusting shocking service!!!! After recieving refund the shop seller behind the counter was extremely aggressive raising their voice berating me shouting at me then proceeded to hold on to my bank card waiving it around whilst continuing to shout at me. Extremely aggressive!!! I demanded my bank card back still seller shouting holding on to my bank card eventually the seller gave it back. Extremely intimidating and unnecessarily behaviour aggressive uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Seller was aggressive and intimidating behaviour!!!! I strongly recommend steer clear well of this shop for your own safety do not enter this store disgraceful is a understament to say the very least I am left very shaken and shocked from this experience will never enter this shop again after being unnecessarily treated in this manor.

Very poor customet service
I brought a canon prnter and found a uk cable was missing had to drive back and was given a secon hand one instaed then I was told I needed a usb cble which I have never needed before. He was rude shouted at me and spoke over me I swore in frustartion not a him but the sheer wast of time and effort. He refused to give me a refund for a cable and I said it was for a printer I rang back back to say I would return wit my husband to get a refund he called back and said hel'l give me a refund. Awful customer service and demeening. It left me shaking and scared

avoid at all costs
made a massive mistake on my photocopies and then not only refused to refund or re-print for me but was very aggressive in doing so. go to Rowes instead, go anywhere instead. I went in with a zine to print, neatly bordered. Originally I wanted 40 copies done but I knew I could get it for a lower price elsewhere. However I was in desperate need to get some printed up there and then as I had an order of 10 to send out. Got home, discovered they were missing the top line of the border so drove into Dorking again only to be met by extreme rudeness from the squat little shop owner.
