Utter rubbish
Don't use these people. I bought a mug from them, the handle had been broken and glued back together, I raised the issue, they claimed Royal Mail would have glued it back together (as if!) I asked for a replacement and 7 weeks later I'm still waiting despite regular messages asking for updates. Also the picture on the mug was not the one advertised on their website.
