Disappointing Customer Aftercare
Toilet leaked from day one. Paint on the vanity unit started cracking and flaking off after 6 weeks. Fitter said both were faulty and he would replace. Despite promises to fix it, I'm still waiting two years later. I'm ashamed to let visitors use my bathroom. I'll have to get Wickes to rip it out and replace. It'll cost me a lot but at least I can rest knowing that they honour their warranty.
