Rude customer service.
Despite the fact that I live very close to this hair salon I won't be attending again. The salon accidentally messed up my children's appointments and on the day, I was told that they could only cut one child's hair. If this wasn't bad enough, the salon was very Rude about their mistake. I ended up going to Hair Care on Daventry Road instead, who cut my baby daughters hair for free.
