Conned then threatened

I placed an order with this company in August for over £4000 worth of parts which were due to be delivered on August 29th 2012. What arrived that day was approximately half of the order. Of these items that did arrive half were incorrect and some were damaged, as the company had delivered in their own van they were all returned the same day with the promise of them redelivering the correct goods the following week. It is now almost 4 months later and I neither have my parts or my £4000. I have called the company numerous times and am currently awaiting 14 separate phone calls they have promised to return but failed to do so. I have spoken to police about the company who unsurprisingly knew of them straight away. Over the last 3 months of trying to reclaim my money I have been insulted, lied to and deceived and now I have been threatened, all of which I can show in emails. I will be continuing to write reviews for this company until such a time they have returned my money. Included in these reviews will be copies of emails calling me various names and threatening me. Meanwhile anybody else who has a problem with this company please contact me through this site as I am preparing legal action and now doubt we could help each other.
