agree with other reviews. Phone all to DFM template ,are and 50% deposit paid with a guarantee of work tops in 10 working days. Here we r 10 weeks later no work tops and no commitment. Communication poor, they called us twice, we had to ring every time to chase. Completely unprofessional way to run a business!

this company should come with a WARNING
The work tops I purchased from DFM were faulty (March)2010. Despite taking them to court. I have still received no worktops or refund. I have LOST £1600 and as a result of the stress this caused, in Sept 2011 told DFM I want nothing more to do with the company. Work surfaces form an integral part of your kitchen, washing pots in the bathroom for 1 1/2 years is unacceptable. My contract was with you and not the manufacturer

This company should come with a warning. I have paid in full up front for my work surfaces in May 2010. We are now in October and I still do not have any ! What a waste of money.
