Excellent Service!!
I would just like to say thanks to the guys at Dial An MOT for repairing my car after collecting it free of charge. I couldn't believe the service and the rates were very reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone they always go that extra mile to help and advise.!

outstanding Service
Recommended by a friend, I had a problem with my car - They collected the car (within two hours of phoning) repaired the car and returned it all within five hours. The bill was the next shock a very reasonable amount of which I was delighted to pay. I have since used them for other jobs and found them to be very friendly and extremely professional. I have recommended them to all my friends and will continue to do so. It is refreshing to find a business who are prepared to go the extra mile as regards to customer service.

Check your car after.
Although service is good (they will pick your car up from you) I found an issue after my MOT. Although it is not part of the MOT to check the tracking on the wheels, I kind of expected that if the wishbones and bushings on a car were changed and this raised the front end back up, that they would check the wheel alignment to make it safe. They didn't. I drove 600 miles to Scotland only to find the I had been driving the whole way on tyres (that were fitted during the MOT) that, because the tracking was so far out after the work, had stripped themselves down to the mesh on both front wheels. When I called them to ask about this, the only answer that they gave was that they wouldnt do anything because i could have done anything to the tracking since the MOT. I had to buy 2 new tyres at a cost of £80 to solve the issue and all the garage offered was "a competitive price on any work that needs doing in the future." Personally, I would not use them again, but I know people who swear by them. As i said, use them, but check your cars for anything that might cause problems later on.
