SHOCKING
My girlfriend visited this salon for a spray tan. She was shown into the salons store cupboard and 4 towels were laid on the floor. The employee then had the stupidity to tell her about this 'new, cutting edge' spraying equipment they had shipped in from china. The spray tan was advertised as £10, she was charged £15. She came away with a pale body and bright orange feet. The next day she phoned the salon to ask for a refund and the staff refused. I then phoned back and asked to speak with the owner, the owner then tried to tell me that this was my girlfriends fault because her glands didnt produce enough of a certain hormone. When I explained to her that this has never been an issue before the owner thought it appropriate to sing 'la la la la' down the phone to drown out my complaint. After this treatment I used facebook to show the treatment we recieved and used the salons facebook page to write a review. Upon seeing this the owner caved and issued a full refund, she also appologised for her staffs 'mistake' of over charging. The owner then reported me to facebook. Resulting in my account been susspended for 12 hours. She is now threatening court action for slander. All this over a £10 spray tan... DO NOT TOUCH THIS SALON WITH A BARGE POLE.
