Cowboys!!!!

Replacement gutter-old for new. sent young lads to take down old cast iron..they had no idea, dropped it smashed garden ornaments, then went missing 3hrs as they realised next door had aluminium gutter had no idea how to join it. then turned with a garage half gutter from B&Q cheapest they could find. realising it wasn't going to fit and roof tiles came over it they wanted to cur tiles. then after my husband turned up and told them it wasn't good enough, they went and got another gutter that they proceeded to put up this joke of a mess cost me £350 quid...and hey presto its like niagra falls now rang them back boss tells me roof tiles have all slipped ranting and raving the fact that you're joker boys didn't know how to remove a cast iron gutter and have moved all the roof tiles and you tried to cheap sake with the wrong gutter and no idea what you were doing...enough is enough before you do any more damage. Will have to pay now to have it fixed properly.trading standards for these jokers and small claims court.
