Worst customer care ever!

Bought a car off this garage at the start of 2011, first off, car had 800 miles more than was started in the Advertisement (should have been rounded up, not down) second, the car had clips missing which were used to hold the door bumpers on correctly. Thought never mind I can sort that out myself. So I bought the car for cash there and then and was told all the documents would be "sent out to me." After about a month and still not receiving anything I phoned the garage to see what was going on and when I questioned why the Service History and Handbook was not given to me when I bought the car? The receptionist started swearing like there was no tomorrow about how he didn't know. I ended up putting the phone down and rang back about a few days later with the same guy wanting ME to apologise to HIM! Ridiculous! Still to this day haven't received anything off this garage and had to pay an extra £25 for the log book. Also when that eventually came turns out the car had 3 previous owners, instead of 1 that I was told! Would never ever deal with this lot again and I urge people to not buy a car from there I have had many cars over the years and usually the service from car salesmen is great but this is definitely not the case at Direct Car Sales & Finance. Unbelievably terrible service!
