Awful Company

Working for this company is a joke. Horrible atmosphere, swearing all round , unprofessional workers putting on a front for anyone who visit. Team leaders who think they are the bees knees. They even charge colleagues 5p for a glass of water, offer no adequate facilities. They may have secured contracts and have good relationship with there suppliers but if they heard the opinions of them they made in the office of the unprofessional swearing hand gestures while they are on the phone - the suppliers would cut them off in a second. Everyone employed there has the most horrible don't give a damn personalities, no wonder people have left. And no wonder people have stayed on -they need the money and feel pressured by who they work for to hand their notice in ! Disgusting business on a warehouse estate. Don't be fooled by the posh cars and personalised plates saying Boss DCC, it's all a front. The team leaders who pass themselves off as directors are horrible, speak to colleagues disgustingly. The people working these are as thick as mud and have not one ounce of professionalism about them. Good luck to all of them when you want to move onto a real job.
