Very unproffessional big let down

Put holding fees down for a property more than a month before move in.The receptionist so unpolite ,the manager very unproffessional did not get back to us in time on all ocassions,was told 5.29pm day before move in that the property was nolonger available!!! How unproffessional is that worse still after spending the day chasing them up and noone bothered to tell us on time.Manager claimed to have tried to call us yet we saw no missed calls or messages no email nothing and only excuse he gave was he got too busy yet theres a person in the office to do the job if he is tied up.They seem to prey on foreigners so becareful?? also they tried to get us into getting properties over far above our budget after telling us the one we wanted was now off market!!! Waste of time big let down.we demanded our money back after threating to report them.Found it offensive and insulting the manager treated us like we down a certain class of "people " some of the properties he wanted us in where ridiculous he wouldnt allow his dog to stay there!!Would recommended using the more professional agencies and do check if they are registered with a proffessional body first before you part with your Cash.
