Do not use this letting agent!

Direct letting, well what can i say! How about the fact that they let me and my partner down ON MOVING DAY!! Came up with every excuse under the sun why our guarantors' accountant was not acceptable. We did everything they asked submitted tax returns, accounts and even got the accountant to email them on the day. But no this was not enough. They took our holding deposit and left us with a removal van full of furniture and no flat to move into. Oh did I mention the fact i was 6 MONTHS PREGNANT at the time!!! Luckily we were staying with my mum and were not left out on the street. oh they did give us the option of paying 6 months' rent in advance knowing that this was impossible. I would urge everyone to steer clear of these rude un-caring people. When i went into the office basically begging for the flat or my money back they basically laughed at me. I would have taken them to small claims court but in my current state at the time with a baby on the way it was far too stressful for me. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
