Bad customer service! Attitude problem
I rang him about a package I had not yet received and what I got on the other end of the phone was a very grumpy man who instead of telling me what was going on he just treated me like I was some sort of idiot but not yet explaining anything! Just talked over me a lot and was so very rude! I was very shocked and disgusted with his behaviour! If that's the way he treats customers with an enquiry then I am shopping somewhere where my custom is appreciated!
