WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, DO NOT GO!!!!

If i could i would give them a zero star rating. I had beautiful long hair extentions put in but decided i wanted a trim. I went there and ended up leave with soaking wet hair with a massive knot/dread lock in it, crying my eyes out. They washed my hair and did such a bad job of it i ended up like this. I then had to pay to get them took out. They owner was supposed to ring me but they shut the shop instead. Returning back from my holliday i rang them to be told they were busy and they hung up. I then went to the shop to be humiliated, shouted at and man handled by not only staff but clients, i was in tears again and was told to leave as they werent going to do anything about the damage. The owner was the most horrible person ive ever met with no sympathy, gratatude or manors. She would not let me speak and was waving scissors and a comb in my face, towering over me while the whole shop gung up on me. Never in my life will i ever go to that shop, i hope the owner, the girl who did it and girls who laughed have somthing like this happen to them. Mannors cost nothing, i felt bullied. In total i have lost £230 pounds all thanks to them. I would advise you never to go there, sooner or later they will ruin your hair. DISCRACFUL!!!
