Disappointed

Went on Groupon and tried to enter code to redeem voucher, it didn't work so called the diva salon in telford and left a message which after 5 hours no one called back. I then emailed eventually someone got in contact and seemed helpful "jas" asked for voucher and my details which I gave then nothing. I waited until the next day and then called and texted the number I had. I tried to find out what was going on but nothing. I contacted again but nothing I then went to the diva salon no one about to talk to, I then left and went home and cancelled the voucher with Groupon. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I have just returned from being away for 4 months on military operations and wanted to spend a spa day with my wife. Thanks to "Jas" and the sarcastic text message, which was really not required.
