If you are thinking about using this company then I would think again! Kenny Shaw the man behind DIY rescue is the worst tradesman I have ever come across. We had him do our flat and throughout the process he was pushing us for more money the whole time when each room was supposed to be cash on completion. Once he had his money he was never to be seen again! We were left with a leaking toilet and sink tiling coming away and all of our carpets ruined. We tried to get these rectified under his 1 year guarantee but he dodged our calls and was impossible to find. We had to instruct another company to repair the work he had botched only to find that the things we could see were the least of our problems! Very costly experience, avoid at all costs. COWBOY!!!

Cowboy - do not use - Kenny Shaw = Cowboy
DIY Rescue, Kenny Shaw, left our property in a terrible state, leaking toilet, sink, radiator, shower. Uneven floor, tiles grout cracked. Will have to get another tradesman at a cost of £2k. Have left messages daily and also emailed. DO NOT USE EVER
