Shoddy Work!!!!!!!!!!!
DK Marble came out to measure up, after the fitting, they had to come back out to polish out all the scratches in the granite, they had to come out a second time to fill in the massive hole they had left under the original carpet so that the new carpet could be fitted, luckily the carpet fitter didn't just carry out his job without saying anything . The fire fitter put the concrete foundation for the hearth too high above ground level and now you can see concrete above carpet level all the way round. They won't come out to rectify and all i've asked them to do is pay for a thicker underlay so that the carpet rises above the concrete. This has now resulted in going to Court!
