DNDP C.I.C was founded on the principles of re-thinking conventional working practices and structures, operating as a Supported Business and Social Enterprise. Inspired by his own experience of disability, Bruce Gunn established DNDP C.I.C to allow people with disabilities to enter sustainable employment in a flexible manner which has improved, transformed and, in some cases, even saved lives.
