Avoid like the plague
Purchased a spare part for a boiler via their web site. Nearly 6 weeks later the part has still not arrived. Do It Yourself claim that it was lost in the post, they had no more in stock, and that they would send a cheque in the post to refund me. Despite repeated phone calls, requests to send them my address via E-mail so they could send me a cheque (surely they would already have this from when they supposedly dispatched the goods?) and many broken promises, I have all but given up on getting my money back.
