Used this morning for a trip to hospital arrived on time phoned for return journey came to pick us up within 10 minutes great service

I've used this company a number of times, the first time a couple of months ago, after my usual company had let me down at the last minute. I was going away for a weekend and had train tickets and a hotel booked, but had no way of getting to the railway station as I need a wheelchair accessible taxi, which are often difficult to get in Chesterfield, especially at short notice. I phoned them the afternoon before my journey the following morning and they were only too happy to help me. The taxi arrived on time and the driver loaded me and my wheelchair into the taxi with no problems (it's surprising how many drivers of wheelchair accessible taxis obviously haven't had training on how to load and secure wheelchairs correctly!), and my luggage. With my wheelchair fully secured and the taxi's seatbelt in addition to the seatbelt on my wheelchair I felt safe and secure, and the driver drove well. The driver was friendly and helpful, and advised me of the best time to call to confirm my return pick-up time, and helped me with my luggage at the station. I've used the company a number of times since then, and have been very happy with the service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any wheelchair user needing a wheelchair accessible taxi.
