Dorset Vehicle Rentals is a family run, independent vehicle Rental Company – established back in 1994. We offer a range of services, from short term Daily Rental to Weekly Hire, Monthly Flexi Rental and Contract Hire. Whether it be for a day, week, weekend, month or year we have the rental plan to suit the needs of both the private hirer and the business user.

We are trusted suppliers of vehicle rental services to local authorities, housing associations, schools, colleges, and many, many companies both large and small, not only over Dorset and Somerset, but throughout Great Britain. Dorset Vehicle Rentals offers a wide and varied fleet of over 600 modern, up-to-date vehicles, giving you a greater selection of car, van and commercial vehicle hire.

We have a large selection of cars, and MPVs, including automatics available to you.

The commercial vehicle fleet consists of

4x4 Pickups (available as both single and crew cab),
Vans (small, SWB, LWB & jumbo 4m), and crew cab vans (seating 6)
Jumbo Luton with or without tail lift
3.5 tonne and 7.5 tonne tipper, drop side and flatbed
7.5 tonne and 18 tonne box and curtain side trucks, along with drop side lorries.
We also have for hire our large fleet of mini-buses, seating 9 to 17.
If you are looking to tow a trailer, we will have vehicles fitted with towbars available.

Moving? Then why not consider our Jumbo Luton's or one of our 7.5 tonne trucks, these vehicles have tail lifts which are suitable for lifting those heavier items.

‘Mid-week overnight' rentals are also available on all our vehicles (depending on availability). Minibuses are getting increasingly popular for overnight rentals... suitable for clubs, sports events, office parties or out of hours team building exercises.
