Awful customer service - stay away!
Booked a cab from Maidenhead to Windsor which should have been £10 fare. Was picked up 25 minutes late as driver went to wrong destination, no apology and charged £23. Queried it the next day and was given an apology and told I would get a refund through the door same day. No refund, called again and was given very poor response but told I would be called back. Still no response/refund. Avoid them at all costs!!

Terrible
I used dot2dot for a friend who was staying at Travelodge in Windsor to get her and her son to our wedding. The driver was pulled over on the way (2 mile journey) for dangerous driving having mounted the kerb whilst driving at speed trying to set his satnav. Thinking it was a one off we used them to get my friend back to the hotel at midnight. The driver didn't know where the Travelodge was, and eventually abandoned my friend (a female with an autistic child) at the wrong end of the Alma Road car park, and when she said she didn't know Windsor or how to get to the hotel he said "me neither love" before driving off and leaving her to walk across a dark empty car park with her son and no idea where she was going. Terrible terrible company - will be writing to the borough council as I have no idea how these clowns got licensed to carry passengers.

Trustworthy Excellent service
I had a great experince with Dot 2 Dot. I booked a car early in the morning, was worried might not turn up. Arrived on time, driver very polite and helpfull. Got to my destination in plenty of time. Very impressed with teh service. Will definately use Dot 2 Dot from now on.

Great Service
The service i received over the phone was excellent. The phone operator was very helpfull. The taxi was on time, the driver helped me with my luggage and i was very happy with the overall service of Dot 2 Dot. The car was easy to find at departures at the airport. Great service!

did turn up - lost booking
Its amazing if you can get a cab with these guys, but even booking the night before, the lady put me on hold, checked and they STILL didn't turn up. They have now made me late for a hugely important meeting in London. On Saturday I pre-booked a car and called to ask if they had anyone to come a little sooner. I saw an orange DOT TO DOT car drive PAST me, he didn't stop. Then half an hour later, STILL NO CAR. Do yourself a favour and don't use this firm

Dodgy business practice
Booked a car (weeks in advance) to take 6 to a resturant in Oxford and was quoted £45 each way. On the morning of the pickup they rang to say the price quoted was wrong and it would be £67. Despite all my protests, they would not budge. I rang another taxi firm and was quoted £45. When I rang D2D to cancel they then offered to do the trip for the original price. I told them where to go.

Great service - bang on time, the driver seemed a really nice bloke, car was clean (and new!). Would recommend them to anyone :)

No Airport Pick Up
Booked taxi to pick me up from T3 before going away. Nobody called when I arrived, no taxi there. Had to wait 40mins for taxi to come and get me. When I complained they said we had no record. Proper Dodgy !!

CHEATERS
First of all, they give that £1 off card, that does not worth anything, because the driver puts many on top! Still cheaper to chose other taxi company. Secondly the were most of the time late. I gave up on them.
