Disgraceful
The homebuyers report made no mention of a visibly leaking boiler, previous and present leaking roof to the property and the conservatory. Infestation by carpet moth in all rooms and R Elliot has refused to answer my emails. The tradesmen who rectified all the problems could not understand why they had not been highlighted in the report. Total cost to address the problems £8,900

Best Value Survey Ever
THE INITIAL COMMUNICATION FROM BD SURVEYORS WAS HANDLED VERY WELL INDEED, AND IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE MANNER. THE SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND REPORT WAS EXTENSIVE, COMPREHENSIVE, INFORMATIVE AND VERY WELL PRESENTED. ALL IN ALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WE SHALL DEFINITELY BE USING BD SURVEYORS LTD IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL OF OUR SURVEYING NEEDS.

Do not use them!
I had a homebuyers survey and valuation done. This missed subsidence, listed details incorrectly, mis-valued the property, admitted to not following the regulations and did not have an acceptable complaints procedure. They still have not resolved the issue after over a year and will not repond to e-mails. They are useless.
