They will charge you for cleaning when it is not needed, using the most expensive service in town. Expect approximately 280 pounds to be taken from your deposit regardless of how clean the property is and for them to use estate agent jargon to confuse you about what they consider needing to be cleaned and what will not. DO not bother trying to clean it before, you will be charged regardless.
