About Us

I am a Counselling Psychologist, a chartered member and associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and registered with the HCPC. I have many years experience working in private practice and within the NHS providing a psychological service to community mental health teams and working within a psychological therapies team offering both short and longer term individual and group therapies. During this time I also developed and ran a programme for Anger Management and treatment.

Throughout this time I enjoyed providing supervision to clinical and counselling psychologists, both qualified and within training and also to other professionals including nurses, social workers and junior doctors. A very rewarding part of my work involved facilitating reflective pratice groups for other professional groups. I have experience in teaching and running workshops within the NHS, voluntary and private sector.

My private practice is based at London Bridge where I see individuals and couples for therapy. Whilst my main therapeutic approaches are CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) or psychodynamic therapy, I will always consider the needs of the individual and, if more suitable, work in an integrative way utilising aspects of both models of therapy in such a way as to meet the person's needs. I work with individuals and couples, for short or long term periods.
