Terrible place!!!

This practice is terrible! I had to demand a referral when was in regular heavy pain from periods, and didn't get it until started crying ! most doctors just stare in computer not at you when you are talking to them. Manager Vijay is mental case, with attitude problems. Had problem when requested my medical records, Was issued not all of them, clinical letters were missing, then had to speak with manager about it who invited me in his cabinet, after argiument with him he jammed my records and through in a bin, saying that I am wasting his time, and asked me to leave and threatened to call the police if I don't leave immediately! Can you imagine how I felt! He said that I have to contact Dr Mahmud senior partner to get my records, which I did, but never received a reply to my letter. I called the practice asking if he got my letter, receptionist confirmed, but no reply. Few months passed no reply. I left this terrible place. And still didn't get a normal copy of records which I requested. If you want to be respected by your GP practice, avoid this place!
