We act for occupiers and landlords of all types of industrial, warehouse, office and retail property and with an unrivalled knowledge of our market we offer a comprehensive agency service on both lettings and freehold disposals.
We are able to undertake a full marketing campaign from the preparation of agency particulars and brochures, press releases, marketing boards and press advertisements through to targeted mailshots to applicants and occupiers. Our accurate database of current applicants is updated daily and matched with properties as soon as they come to the market. We also have comprehensive and up to date lists of all the companies and occupiers on the employment estates across Northamptonshire and the wider region.
Assignments/Sub Lettings
We act for tenants who wish to dispose of their existing leasehold interests which can be achieved by way of assignment, sub-letting or, in some cases, the surrender of the lease to the landlord.
