Don't Bother.

went to the 58 St Matthews Street Drawing Blood parlor with a color print out of a design I wanted tattooed on my hip.They asked me do I want that tattooed 'exactly' as I see it in 'exactly' those colors and I said yes.They quoted me £180 £100 of which I paid up front.A couple of days later I come in to get it done.Remember I paid upfront do be done 'exactly' in the colors I wanted.About quarter of the way through I noticed that the female 'artist' called Jainey was filling it in the wrong color.When I mentioned it to her it was the wrong color her fucking bullshit answer was 'excuse me were a tattooists not a Dulux parlor'. What the fuck kind of unprofessional answer do you call that from somebody who has just done a permanent tattoo on somebody the wrong fucking color despite charging that customer in advance in the agreement it would be 'exactly those colors' .I came in a few days later with a photograph of a guy that had the same tattoo done the way its supposed to look which also matched the color of the copy I gave the tattooists in the first place.The male tattooist who spoke to me gave the most pathetic bullshit excuses I have heard ever in my fucking life.He said 'yeah but thats a print out so the color in that photo will look distorted and therefore you don't know what that really looks like'.The guy actually had the nerve to try to convince me that I did not even know what the hell I was even looking at even though I had just given him photographic proof that my tattoo was the wrong fucking color.The woman who screwed it up in the first place just stood grinning her ass off and made no effort to assure me that she was genuinely sorry for the mistake and just said 'well what do you want me to do about it?'.As a professional who makes a mistake I expect 'i,m really sorry I made a mistake and this is what i,m going to do to correct it...not just 'what do you expect me to do about it' like they don't give a fuck which clearly don't from the sarcasm and bullshit they think they can feed me.I pay them £100 in advance (which was my savings btw) in agreement that they would do something that I had my heart set on.They buggered the whole thing up by doing it the wrong color without telling me first they couldn't match what I wanted and just helped themselves to fuck it up at my expense.They then have the nerve to tell me 'sorry were a tattooists not a Dulux parlor' which is so fucking rude its unreal and then have the nerve to try to convince me that 'no tattooists would be able to match that color' even though I had shown them photos of it done correctly on other people amongst many other excuses they tried to feed me.They had every chance to tell me they did not have the right equipment to do the job properly which I paid them in advance for and they just did what they wanted regardless and fucked the whole thing up.They have agreed the try to 'touch it up' for free but quite frankly I don't trust them as the clearly don't care.Unfortunately I sunk all the money I had in to that tattoo and can't afford to go somewhere else to have it fixed.I will go back,but if they can't fix what they buggered up then I will have to have the tattoo professionaly removed and redone properly by a tattooist who can at least get the color right and I will get the Drawing Blood tattoo studios to foot the bill since they fucked it up in the first place.My advise...go somewhere else if you want some ink done.
