KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE

Whilst having a major service to my vehicle, Draycott Engineering charged me for screen wash which I filled up the day before. They charged me for Forte engine and diesel flush, which was not agreed with as these products are not 100% proven to be of any benefit! They said they changed the gearbox oil and now the 1st gear is stiff to get into gear until it warms up. They said they changed the coolant, no they did not. They said they rotated the tryes, they did not! I asked them about the screen wash, the reply was ask the boss, who was out. I asked them about the stiff gearbox, the reply was that the new oil is doing it's job by stiffening it up! I did not ask them about the coolant and tyre rotation after that reply as I did not want my time wasted by lies! I noticed a sign on the garage, 'Good Garage Scheme', Google it. It is a scam as all the garage has to do it stock certain products endorsed by the scheme. Guess what it's those Forte products!! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE, AND NONE ADVERTISING THE GOOD GARAGE SCHEME (SCAM).
