Leaking roof
Dreamroof worked on our roof just over 3 and half years ago and it has been a disaster. They did not follow the instructions from the surveyor, failing to remove the worn out felt and sprayed the foam on top of it. Our roof has leaked 4 times since, sending out men with a bucket of cement to patch each time, with guess work where the problem is as no one actually asked where on the roof leak was. No follow up calls to check if everything is ok. Not once have they sent someone to check what has happened and the best way to repair it.The response from dreamroof is that we are an inconvenience. Our roof is leaking again for 5th time, but now we have two leaks. Wish we had never used this company, would never recommend them.
