Raj is a brilliant Teacher, he is very calm and considerate and makes you feel relaxed whilst your driving. I have been with 2 different instructors and Raj has been the best,he noticed where i was going wrong compared to the other instructors. He will also take control of the car if you can't get head around a certain manoeuvre, and break it down, however dont let this put you off as he gives the control back to you and talk you through the manoeuvre. I will recommend Raj to anyone :) Cheers Raj you helped me big time !

When I first started to learn to drive with Drive 4 Life I was so nervous and unconfident. I am a 48 year old woman and never thought that I would be a driver but here I am writing this testimonial having passed both my theory and practical test first time. Raj is an excellent driving instructor he personalises driving lessons to meet the needs of his students and in ways that help to overcome fears or blocks to developing key skills. Raj is very person centred, extremely patient and helped me to develop strategies to overcome my fears and concentrate on learning to drive. I was never once made to feel stupid or silly because I could not do something - and believe me some things I needed showing and explaining many times over!! Raj helped me to prepare for my theory test and to really learn how to drive safely not just how to pass a test. It was not until I started to drive independently that I realised just how much Raj had taught me. I had driven around most parts of Plymouth and so was familiar with different road systems, learnt how to fill my car tyres with air, put petrol in the car and so on. Above all Raj teaches students to be courteous, safe and positive drivers. Drive 4 Life - Raj has changed my life because I can now drive new opportunities have opened up to me and I am much more independent. I have particularly valued the Drive 4 Life philosophy that once you pass your test you really start to learn how to drive and that there is an opportunity to ask any questions even after you no longer have lessons. You also get the the chance to take pass plus with Drive 4 Life as Raj is registered to teach this. This means as a new driver you can get cheaper insurance and advance your driving skills including driving in the dark and on the motorway.
