Rude customer service and misleading offers
This company assigns irresponsible instructors who can't stick to their appointments. The instructor keeps cancelling lessons and then had an incident with his car. The company couldn't offer me a replacement with the same amount of money that I have paid and the customer service told me that I can take the money from the instructor and find another school. Also they couldn't do their part of the deal about the 7 hours for £99 on condition of keeping 3 hours for the test week. When the instructor had the car incident they said that if they assign me a new instructor, he/she will not agree to give me the remaining hours including the test week hours for this rate which means that I can't get the remaining 3 hours that I have saved for the test week with the rate that the company offered.

SCAM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

RIP OFF
Paid up front for extra blocks of lesson, they employed & sent an instructor who couldn't carry out the lessons, drive dynamics refuse to take any responsibility for it & won't refund my money. Offered to send another instructor if I pay again. Totally ripped us off. Disgusting company, Don't trust them.

poor service
I would not recommend this driving school to anyone as my experience with them was not very pleasant. I wanted to change my driving instructor and after 2 weeks of communication and wasting time by writing emails and making phone calls to the company they said that they cant not help me as instructors are self employed. Very poor customer service. At the end, they didnt allocate a new instructor and didnt apologise for all the things happened. All I got was some emails to stall me off from a hotmail email address! Is there actually any company called drive dynamics?
