Some of his qualities that help a trainee get the most out of him are: He is very patient, friendly and polite - even when the trainee is being unable to do what he/ she has been told to do. Finally, his best quality was that he never created a high pressure-sales environment where all his feedback would be geared towards the trainee taking more and more lessons.
