The Original.
Opened up in 1989, it was the original pre-club bar (to the Hacienda). Called Dry 201 it was the place to be seen. Unfortunately now, in a way, it has been taken over by a leisure chain. A few changes have been made. Certainly not what it used to be, but worth a visit for its place in Manchesters musical history. Apparently Fridays are the best night.
