Vintage Wedding
My Vintage Wedding .....Highly recommended Well from the off set this company and especially Karl have done over and above the customer service that you would normally receive .I had a vintage wedding and the dress was over 100 years old and has been passed down the generations , So it has not been used for over 40 years (as in our family we just kept producing boys), so there was a few moth holes in there, it smelt very moldy and it needed some alterations as I'm slightly smaller than the other family members who had wore it in the past. So Karl said because i'm a doctor and i work erratic shifts he would call to the house to measure up for the alterations that were needed But any way i got to use the beautiful dress for my wedding which was in June . So this is the first time i have had to get my wedding dress and shoes and vail and my husbands 3 piece suit. I had it Professionally wrapped & boxed by Karl to prevent the staining or moth activity from last time So Karl asked if i would like it delivered i said yes but I'm on my Honey moon then I'm working away so i said would July be OK if they kept it that long he said "No Worries" Well when i received it on Tuesday17th July i was overwhelmed at the work they had done on the dress originally when it had all the moth holes and the moldy smells but the dress this time looked like new , after the bad weather we have been having the dress was really dirty at the bottom of the dress and i was sure that it would not come off ...but they did an amazing job on it Thank You Thank You ....... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible customer service.
I took my wedding dress to Star Dry Cleaning to be cleaned after my wedding as the guy (Karl) was friendly on the phone and the price was good. I now wish I had paid more and gone with a recommendation. It took over 7 weeks for me to get my dress, bolero and veil back... and this was only because I went there and demanded them back in the end. When I dropped the dress off Karl offered to deliver my items back to my house on a certain day in two weeks time. Star Dry Cleaning offer a pick up and delivery service so I thought why not take them up on the offer of delivery. What a mistake. After the dress never turned up on the scheduled delivery day, there followed many texts and phone calls by me chasing my dress. I waited in on numerous days and evenings when I thought we had arranged the delivery but again, they were a no show. Each time the dress didn't turn up I called Karl and often his mobile was switched off or he didn't answer. He would finally reply to my texts a couple of days later. Every time it was a new excuse and inconsistent with the last one. I was amazed at how they could break pre-arranged appointments over and over again. Totally unprofessional. In the end I turned up at the shop and demanded my items back. It took me two visits to get everything back as they first time my veil and bolero were not there but apparently at another shop. It was also disconcerting to find that none of my items were labeled with my name- anyone could have claimed them. When I dropped the dress off I was asked to pay upfront in cash. It made me feel uncomfortable to pay in full, in cash upfront but Karl assured me that this was normal. It soon became clear that this meant they had no incentive to deliver the goods back to me. They had their money and there was no rush for them! With regard to the quality of cleaning, it was ok. My dress was clean but creased. My bolero still has marks on it. It got to the point where I didn't even care about the quality of the cleaning job, I just wanted my property back. To me my wedding dress is a very precious item, it was clear that Star Dry Cleaning did not see it as an important job. I am still waiting for Karl to drop off a storage box at my house that he promised last time we spoke... I would not recommend Star Dry Cleaning for wedding dress cleaning due to the worry and inconvenience I experienced.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM KARL AND HIS TEAM I NEEDED MY WEDDING DRESS CLEANING AND LOTS OF ALTERATIONS THE DRESS CAME BACK FANTASTIC AND LIKE BRAND NEW ..... AND I WAS GOBSMACKED AT THE ALTERATIONS THAT THEY DID FOR ME AND MY BRIDESMAIDS ... THANKS VERY MUCH

Wedding Dress Cleaning
I just had my Wedding dress cleaned by Star dry cleaning in Leeds and was gob smacked at the level of 1.Knowledge the chap had . 2.The customer service was Amazing . 3.The shop has a excellent Wonderful atmosphere. And they delivered it back to me in North Leeds with no extra cost Thanks a Million you have put my faith back in Customer service.

Wedding Dress Cleaning
What an Fantastic company Star Dry Cleaning not only did they clean my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses they also came to pick my dresses up from my house at no extra charge and they came back like new ,The chap from the shop excellent his customer service was really refreshing .... .....and from cleaning my wedding dress they now do the collect from our office in the centre of Leeds and drop it back GREAT SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Star dry cleaners Leeds
Took a wedding dress here. They charged £65 and kept the dress 3 weeks, When I finally managed to get it back it was still very dirty and looked as though it hadn't been touched. Very disappointed and would not reccommend to anyone
