Martial Arts training helps develop confidence, respect, discipline, character and leadership. We teach focus and concentration which reflects at home, at school, and in the workplace.

We are members of Independant Martial Arts Association (IMAA) and Cobra Martial Arts Association (CMAA). Club instructor Joe Woods is an International 5thDan Instructor and competition referee, fully police and CRB checked having TLS insurance and HSE first aid certification.

DMA prides itself in its outstanding senior instruction and junior development programme ( little tigers)where students as young as 4yrs old gain self confidence, discipline,charector building and a positive mental attitude.
