Mark from DTM fitted a new combi boiler for me in 2007, and they didn't charge the earth like some other companies quoted me at the time for the same work. It's never gone wrong since and has operated without a single hitch. I will definitely use their services again when I replace the boiler in the next house I move to. Their annual servicing is good as well for new boilers (warranty). Highly, HIGHLY recommended !

Trying to find someone who could come the same day, when that day happened to be just before the Easter holiday weekend wasn't going to be easy. DTM was about the 20th company I called, and they managed to get someone out in under an hour. The plumber discussed the problem, and suggested a couple of ways of fixing it. The work was all done within the time estimate he gave. I guess that their charge of £60 for the first hour, £50 per subsequent hour (+VAT) is normal these days: if so, I recommend DTM.

DTM Services were the second plumbers I called. They were courteous, easy to deal with and repaired my boiler promptly for their standard callout charge of £65. The first plumbers I telephoned (PJ&W Plumbing) told me they didn't need to carry out an inspection to diagnose the fault. They said that these boilers had all been shipped with faulty boards, that mine needed to be replaced and that would cost £400, which is the reason I got a second opinion. I gave Mark of DTM a bottle of champagne for his honesty.

I was very pleased with the way this company at first spoke to me over the phone, it makes a change to hear someone who is polite and helpful. They fitted us into there schedule and fixed a faulty heating valve allowing us to use our central heating and hot water. I was happy with the price and was also given practical advice to other questions with reference to the house's heating. David and Jacqui, Farnham.

DTM were excellent in terms of response and delivery. They diagnosed over the phone correctly a very minor problem with my boiler and rectified immediately on visiting, where a lot of other companies were not interested in coming out. I would highly recommend their services and definitely use them with bigger projects or problems should they arise.
