APPALLING SERVICE UNREASONABLE CONTRACT
We used this company who pay minimum wage therefore attracting low calibre unmotivated staff but still charge heavily for a poor job. Very disatisfied with the cost and quality of what was being delivered we gave 2 months notice of termination. Subsequently 2 years later I am threatened with legal action for early termination of contract (£979.69) as they insist the contract states that compensation must be paid for the entire duration of the contract. THIS IS TANTAMOUNT TO DEMANDING MONEY WITH MENACES AND IS UNREASONABLE SO BEWARE OF GETTING ENSNARED.

Poor service
For a number of years we had good service from this company. However about 12 months ago the original franchisee retired because of ill health and a new franchisee was appointed without our agreement.Since then the service has been extremely poor and the attitude of the new franchisee has been less than helpful. Anyone thinking of using this company should check the contract terms and conditions before signing an agreement as the terms are onerous and the holding company very unhelpful in acknowleging any faults and immediately "go legal" if you complain. Not to be recommended.
