Rental ended in Court Case!!!
My experience with Margaret Duffis Leasing ended up with me starting a court case to get a months rent back. Something I could have done without in the middle of moving home! It wasn't a pleasant experience having to start a claim against MD leasing whilst moving. Still they backed down before the court case was called and I got my cash back. If you fancy having to start a Court Case at the end of your tenancy , Margaret Duffis is the letting agent of choice! You have been warned...
