Dunelm Car Sales is great place to come and have a look around, with so much choice and great savings why go anywhere else. We often have over '70' vehicles to choose from, all fully serviced and ready to drive away the same day! We mainly sell smaller cars, cars that have a low carbon output with low insurance groups, althought we have been know to sell the odd Range Rover and BMW X6!
If you're considering buying a new or used car, why not pay us a visit before you go anywhere else, if we don't have what you're looking for simply leave your details with us and we'll do our best to find you the right car. We're fully licenced by the Office Of Fair Trading (OFT) and can offer finance, part exchange and of course a home delivery service.

THE BEST
Excellent experience from start to finish. Selection of very good low milage stock and no hassle when browsing. Paperwork simple and clear and again no excessive push to sell add on's. A company who has obviously done it's customer service research and address's all the issues you have with traditional car dealerships Only issue is the wife now want's to go back to change her car, SOUNDS EXPENSIVE!

Another 5 star review for Dunelm!
Another 5 stars for Dunelm, I visited this garage and can see why people rave on about them, very polite and very friendly! A real great used-car buying experience! Seemed to be a small firm run by two guys who were super organized and on top of the whole process. Car documentation was offered voluntarily - everything including the V5 registration documents, service history record, HPI check which was already done on the vehicle. Prices were really fair - we could not have found our car at a better price. The actual buying experience was very painless and I can certainly recommend Dunelm to anyone. I'm a very happy Dunelm Car Sales customer.

Amazing service.
Being a single mum I felt really well looked after here, I only bought a cheap little run around and was'nt expecting a great lot, but the car I purchased is great, no problems at all. I was a bit cheeky and asked the general manager to throw in the road tax in with the deal, and he said yes! The only negative thing is they bombard me with email offers and keep getting my name wrong! Miss FRITH.

Excellent Customer Service!
I had an alignment problem with a car I bought from Dunelm Car Sales (Durham). I had it fixed independently as I live miles away and then wrote to Dunelm. The response? “Thank you for your email and sorry that you have had to report concerns with your vehicle. Unfortunately wheel alignment is not part of our 53-point inspection. Our inspection is similar to an MOT test and consists of checking the safety items of the vehicle such as brakes, seat belts, tyres, lights etc. Dunelm Car Sales has a dedicated customer services department, which includes a team of advisers and technicians who are best placed to resolve your concerns and provide a high standard of service to all our customers. Our aim is to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, so can I ask you to supply us with a copy of the repair invoice? Once received, I will arrange for a cheque to be raised and posted to you.†Sure enough I got the money less the VAT as the invoice was made to me not Dunelm, which I thought was very fair and didn't grumble. This garage sure knows how to look after it's customers, I can certainly recommend them. H Porter.
