Untrustworthy and unprofessional
I was a customer of Dustdees for around a year and had to sack them recently as after a few occasions of working from home on cleaning days, I realised that they were not adhering to their claims of sending a regular cleaner at a regular time at all. We had stressed how important this was for us due to our nervous cats, but they just had no respect for our wishes or our privacy. We also had numerous service issues with the cleaning not being up to standard and also a mix up with our keys when we had to have our locks changed. When I complained for the umpteenth time, they agreed to terminate my agreement with no notice, but not a sniff of an apology. Do not trust them. The owner blames her staff for anything that goes wrong, without considering that perhaps she is responsible for hiring and training them. Their idea of customer service is clearly a world away from mine or indeed that of any reasonable person.

Lost keys
The company was very helpful to start with, but then became very difficult to deal with. Ultimately they lost my keys and won't admit it. I've had to replace my locks and will be taking them to the small claims court. If they had dealt with the problem professionally at the start perhaps it would be a different story

Fabulous service and so friendly
Excellent experiance with this company, and I'm still with them, they were friendly and really good at ensuring you get what you pay for. In depth quote, no quick in and out like previous companies have done. Great value for money!!!

Distinctly Average.
Average clean, average service. Above average prices. Not a case of getting what you pay for. Over stuffy and officious owners and cleaners, no personal touch. *Comment based on weekly house clean no comment on after party clean etc as not experienced*
