Dynamic Ladies Only Gym

Our Ladies Only Gym is situated in Stockton On Tees, Varo Terrace on what is traditionally known as Denchams Corner (due to the majority of the local businesses where all dentists in the early 1900's) We operate a small and friendly gym which offers its members a nice and relaxed atmosphere with small training areas designed for weight loss and fitness improvement.

The majority of members are aiming to lose weight and get in shape. Our members are friendly and chatty and enjoy the relaxed non competitive nature of our gym, as apose to the fast paced hustle of the bigger commercial gym's.

Our small privately owned club is not able to offer swimming pools or sauna's though it does offer all of the equipment required to lose weight and get in shape.

We offer gym membership from £14.00 per month (With our spring/summer offer)

So when it comes to joining a gym many people focus on the main areas that are sold to them from the sales staff, such as the Swimming Pool, Restaurant and the Jacuzzi which is fine if that is your reason for joining their establishment. But for most of us the actual reason for joining a gym is for losing weight, toning up or improving fitness levels.

Our main focus is helping you to achieve your goals, providing you with a structured training programme which will get you the results you want in the shortest possible time. A gym should be a place that the members work hard and sweat, then leave knowing they have had a great workout. Our gym is not a place for ‘make-up' and ‘designer clothes'.

We provide free inductions and group workouts which you can come to as often as you like until you feel completely comfortable with your training programme. Each workout covers how to use all of the machines in the gym and is split across ‘Upper Body', ‘Lower Body' and ‘Cardio Vascular / Fat Burning' workouts.
