Customer service training wouldn't go amiss!
I called these guys for a second chance, as they are local, I know of the owner & they clean our windows @ work. Why did I bother? The last time I called to have my windows cleaned back & front the owner clearly didn't need my business. He was rude, sarcastic & spoke as if I was inconveniencing him. I put it down to 'a bad day', so I called a good year on & I was hoping to book something for a few days time, but as it was so much trouble, the owners attitude was still awful, therefore I will look elsewhere. So much for local businesses, this is one I will tell as many people how unimpressed I was! That's what happens when you give bad customer service.
